A great alternative to carrying aluminium or plastic bottles, lowering weight and adding versatility to your packing. Ortlieb’s Waterbags are made from a tough tear-resistant watertight fabric with a food grade coating on the inside to ensure safe transport of your water.
The bag features straps to attach it to bags and packs, the 4litre and 10litre versions have two handles with buckles enabling the bag to be easily fixed things like branches of vehicles.
When not in use the bags will roll up into a small package for easy storage. The bags are far more useful than just for simply transporting your water too – They can be linked to a camping shower or outdoor filters for water purification, filled with air or water they will acts as a pillow or seat, a great counterweight for paragliding, buoyancy aid for diving, you can also add a drinking tube to use it as a hydration system.

Advice: All water containers are suited for water only (max. temperature 60°C/140°F). Do not use for alcoholic, sweet or acid liquids. Do not expose drinking water too long to the heat. Change water regularly. Store dry and open. Clean inside with denture cleaning tablets. Clean outside with warm water, brush and neutral soap. Clean the valve regularly.

Pros: Attractive, Well Built, Lightweight, Versatile "Bought this to go with another one we have of a different size. Very handy for sea kayaking and canoe trips. Only issue with the new one is that it seems to give the water a funny tang to it. I hope this will wear off over time. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars."
